A couple of weeks ago we had to say goodbye to our beloved little cat Pumpkin.
I’ve taken my time to write this testimonial because its so hard to find the words to express how truly grateful we are to Nicola and the team at Cherry Tree Fond Farewells.
From my first enquiry to the day we collected her ashes everyone we came into contact with was compassionate and sensitive to our needs.
Nothing could have prepared us for saying goodbye to our little Pumpkin but to be supported by such caring, professional and understanding people made a devastating experience easier to bear.

Last week we bade farewell to our beautiful Scottie, Maisie. Nicola visited us and immediately made a fuss of and friends with Maisie. Her passing was gentle and peaceful thanks to Nicola’s expertise and professionalism. Likewise, David at the Pet Crematorium, his understanding is amazing, and we were able to bring Maisie home the following day. We want to thank both Nicola and David for their kindness and clear empathy during this tough time. Exceptional service by the Cherry Tree team.

We had our beloved Shyla cremated with Cherry Tree and the service was so quick and amazing!
We had her back with us within 2 days in a beautiful scatter box and a lovely card.

We contacted Cherry Tree after losing our beloved cat, Mr Nibbles and they truly were amazing, even with this pandemic situation going on in the world!
They took our beautiful boy with care, which was the hardest thing we have ever done! But thanks to Cherry Tree our precious boy is home and forever in our hearts. A huge Thank you to everyone at Cherry Tree.

Just a heartfelt thank you to the Cherry Tree team, to Sandra but most of all to Jess for being so calm, dignified and caring last Thursday.

Jess was quite brilliant and gave us all the time we needed before my beautiful black Labrador ‘Ruby’ passed calmly and peacefully away.

Words cannot convey my sadness at losing my beloved Ruby after almost 16 years, what an absolute blessing she was and I am so glad to have been able to share part of my life with her. We all miss Ruby so very much.

I knew the inevitable day was coming and I was at a complete loss as what best to do for my 12 year old Pug. I emailed Cherry Tree for information. I received a reply promptly and it was full of compassion and lots of info. I arranged for Nicola to come to my home as my boy had a dislike for the vets. It was a tough day, I put on a brave face for my baby boy but everything about the home visit was calm, peaceful and for him to spend his final moments in the comfort of his own home…… it gave me peace of mind. I collected my boy a couple of days later and it hit me like a ton of bricks but to see his casket so beautifully presented…… I knew from start to finish, he was looked after and loved. Thank you to all the staff who helped me and my baby during a very difficult time, you certainly eased the pain.

I can not recommend Cherry Tree enough. David was so caring and kind. He made my morning picking up our beautiful pony so beautiful. I knew David and his team looked after her the minute he picked her up. He listened to everything I had asked and made the morning so special.
